At EscapeMatrix, we sell digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content. Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once the product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review the product description and make sure the product is suitable for your needs.

Refund Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You did not receive access to your purchased digital product due to a technical issue on our side.
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You received a different digital product from the one you purchased.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and include your order number and a description of the problem.

Change of Mind

We cannot provide refunds for purchases made by mistake, change of mind, or situations where the customer no longer wants or needs the digital product after it has been delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, software, or eReader supports the file format provided. If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
